I've gotta say... I'm a bit bummed that all the work is over on this. It was such a fun project to work on and Juan really did an incredible job on the art. Alejandro was one of the nicest people I've worked with in comics and I hope to do more work with him in the future.
Somewhere in my office are MY sketch pages I used while I was writing the script. I'm going to find them and post them and you can see how close Juan's vision was with mine.

I am soooo looking forward to this book. Unfortunately, I will have to wait till mid January to get it. Ever since the only comic book store in town stopped selling American comics, I have a pull-list with a wholesale guy who only comes to town once a month. He keeps a few long boxes in a run-down apartment that smells like cat pee, is full of empty beer bottles and has the wall paper coming off the walls. Most of the other apartments in the building are empty and there is a rumor that the owner wants to tear it down soon. Yes, buying American comic books in Wuppertal is a lot like what I imagine buying crack is like.
