Her name is Duffy and her CD is called ROCKFERRY and I've been loving it. Has a Dusty Springfield feel to her work and it's great stuff.

I heard her music a few weeks ago when the UK cd was released, and I couldn't wait for the US release. LOVE it!
Yeah, she has a real smokey sound to her that is awesome. I'd have to guess she wrote this after a bad breakup, it really shows in the lyrics. I've had this on in my office while I'm drawing.
